These chocolates, designed by artist Brian Barneclo and the chocolatiers at Recchiuti, strike me as a much better solution to the whole V-Day thing than the Whitman's sampler. I'd say buy two boxes -- one for eating, one for looking at the pretty pictures (and then... for eating. Mmmm, chocolate).
