The website calls these "organic cocoa nibs coated in organic chocolate and spices." I'm not sure I know exactly which part of the cocoa bean or plant is the nib, but I like the word. Nib. Nib. Nibnibnib. Also, these look delicious. Plus, hey! Organic chocolate. Practically a health food.
